Puncak Emas Infra Sdn Bhd is responsible for building and maintaining road structures. This responsibility will be carried out through instructions from the Pihak Berkuasa Tempatan (PBT) in Perak. Routine maintenance is carried out once or twice a month and the activities consist of:

PAVEMENT

– Road pavement resurfacing
– Road reconstruction

NON – PAVEMENT

– Clearing blockage drains as required
– Cut grass evenly to a specified height (usually 1-2 inches above ground level, depending on requirements)
